How do I return a product?
If a product does not meet your expectations upon arrival, or you wish to return your order for any other reason, please send us an email within 14 days to request a refund or exchange. All returns must be authorized before a refund or exchange can be issued.
Returned item(s) must be unopened with all seals intact. Due to health and sanitary restrictions our Return Policy states we are unable to issue refunds unless the lens vials/blister packs are still sealed. If the return request is due to a manufacturing error please state what is wrong with the item and you will be given instruction on how to ship back the defective item for inspection. Returns cannot be authorized without the following information:
- First and Last Name used to place order
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
If your request is applicable for a refund, you will be sent a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your order.
Please note that we only accept returns sent using the United States Postal Service.
Your credit card, bank or PayPal account will be credited once we have received and processed your return. The time it takes for your refund to appear in your account depends on your credit card company or bank. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
We suggest that all items be returned to us by a shipping method in which you can get a tracking number or delivery conformation number. If we do not receive a return, we cannot issue a credit without proof of delivery.
