    Do you ship Internationally?

    We currently ship only to the United States, US Territories, US Minor Outlying Islands, US Virgin Islands, US Military bases (US and abroad), Mexico, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.

    We ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS.  Our shipping rates are calculated real-time by USPS and UPS and are based on order weight and shipping location.  You can get a shipping quote before entering any payment information by entering your destination Country, State and Zip Code into the Estimate Shipping and Tax box after you have added your desired items to the Shopping Cart.

    Unfortunately we cannot ship to any countries other than the ones listed.  We are sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

    Do you offer Overnight Shipping?

    We now offer UPS 1 Day Air.

    This shipping option takes 1 day transit time Plus processing time.

    Please note shipping times DO NOT include processing time.  There is a minimum of 24 hours processing time to allow for prescription verification, before you order can be shipped to you.  For information on how long it takes to process and ship out an order Please Click Here.

    •     Standard: 3-5 business days Plus processing time
    •     Express: 2 business days Plus processing time
    •     UPS 1 Day Air: 1 business days Plus processing time
    •     International: 7-10 business days Plus processing time

    All transit times are shown as business days. Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

  • Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

    Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

    Unfortunately we cannot make changes to orders after they have been placed.  If you have ordered the wrong item in error or just changed your mind, please place a new order for the correct items.  Then submit an email canceling your order.  Be sure to include the order number in your email

    We will do our best to cancel your order before it ships out.  The time it takes for your refund to appear in your account depends on your credit card company or bank.  Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

    Unfortunately we cannot add items to orders after they have been placed.  If you would like to purchase another item please place another order.

    *Most of our lenses are sold as single lenses because our customers often like to mix-and-match lenses.  If you have ordered 1 lens in error thinking it was a pair you must go ahead and place another order if you would like a second lens.  Next to the price for each lens it states what the price is for, eg: "per lens" or "per pair", also on each Product Page, under Additional Information it states again what is included, either "One Lens for One Eye" or "One Pair of Colored Contact Lenses".

  • An item is missing from my shipment.

    To offer you a wide selection of high-quality products we use additional vendors for some of our products.  Because of this, in some cases, you may receive multiple packages. On occasion we will ship part of your order to you if your order contains items that are available immediately and items that require extra time to make or are on back order.

    Rest assured; you will never be billed for extra shipping charges if we have to split your shipment.  As soon as your items are ready to ship, they will be sent to you.  You will be notified, via the email address you provided when placing your order, if an item in your order has been placed on back-order or if there is any significant delay.
