    What is the Guarantee and Return Policy of Extreme SFX?

    When you receive your lenses please inspect them carefully through the unopened vials or blister packs.  Returned item(s) must be unopened with all seals intact.  Due to health and sanitary restrictions we are unable to issue refunds unless the lens vials/blister packs are still sealed.

    If a product does not meet your expectations after you have inspected them through the unopened packaging , please email us within 14 days to request a refund or exchange.

    If you wish to return your order for any other reason including a manufacturing error please state what is wrong with the item in your email  within 14 days to request a replacement.

    Returns cannot be authorized without the following information:

    • First and Last Name used to place order
    • Order Number
    • Reason for Return

    If your request is applicable for a refund, you will be sent a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your order.

    Please note that we only accept returns sent using the United States Postal Service.

    Your credit card, bank or PayPal account will be credited once we have received and processed your return.  The time it takes for your refund to appear in your account depends on your credit card company or bank.  Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

    We suggest that all items be returned to us by a shipping method in which you can get a tracking number or delivery conformation number.  If we do not receive a return, we cannot issue a replacement, refund or exchange without proof of delivery.

    If a product does not meet your expectations upon arrival, or you wish to return your order for any other reason, please send us an email within 14 days to request a refund or exchange.  All returns must be authorized before a refund or exchange can be issued.

    Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

    Unfortunately we cannot make changes to orders after they have been placed.  If you have ordered the wrong item in error or just changed your mind, please place a new order for the correct items.  Then submit an email with the order number you wish to cancel.

    We will do our best to cancel your order before it ships out.  The time it takes for your refund to appear in your account depends on your credit card company or bank.  Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

    Unfortunately we cannot add items to orders after they have been placed.  If you would like to purchase another item please place another order.

    *Most of our lenses are sold as single lenses because our customers often like to mix-and-match lenses.  If you have ordered 1 lens in error thinking it was a pair you must go ahead and place another order if you would like a second lens.  Next to the price for each lens it states what the price is for, eg: "per lens" or "per pair", also on each Product Page, under Additional Information it states again what is included, either "One Lens for One Eye" or "One Pair of Colored Contact Lenses".
