ShippingMost domestic orders placed before 10am (EST) Monday-Friday will usually ship out the same day. This applies to products that are in stock only and does not apply to custom made items.
Not applicable for:
- International Orders
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays
- Custom made Items
Please Note: For delivery to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii via Standard Shipping, please allow for an additional 1-2 days from what is listed in the chart. (Express and Premium Shipping options are as stated in the chart for AK and HI.)
If I Place My Order Today, When Will I Receive It?
Most orders will ship within 1 business day from the time the order is placed. In some rare instances, it may take up to 3 business days (business days are weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) for processing AFTER you place your order BEFORE it will ship. After processing time, shipping time will be based on the delivery option you selected. If you are unsure of which shipping method to select, click here for complete Shipping Information. Ship times vary and do not have a guaranteed delivery date. For example, an order for Express Shipping will take 3-5 days (including processing time) to get to you. If you need your order in less than 2 days, please contact customer care to see if it’s possible for us to deliver your order in time. (9am-5pm Mon-Fri, EST)
You can also retrieve your order status and tracking number on our website. Please login to the site and click on the link on the lower left of the website labeled "My Account" From here you may check the status of an order, obtain your tracking number, and view your shipping information. Instructions are provided to help you log in, including password hints, obtaining a new password, etc. Your e-mail address is only used to identify your account, to notify you about current promotions and specials, and to send out updates on your pending orders back to top

Where Will ExtremeSFX.com Ship My Order?
We will ship your order to the Shipping Address that you provide. Please do not list a Post Office Box (PO Box) as FedEx cannot deliver to a PO Box and shipment of your order will be delayed. We currently ship to the United States, US Territories, US Military bases (US & Abroad), and Canada. back to top

We currently offer 4 different shipping options for domestic orders:

- Standard (3-4 business days)
- Express (2-3 business days)

How Are Shipping and Handling Charges Determined?
Domestic Shipping and handling rates are fixe flat rates per order. The rate will not change if you have multiple items in your order.
Where's The Rest of My Order?
On occasion ExtremeSFX.com will ship part of your order to you if your order contains items that are available immediately and items that require extra time to custom manufacture for you. Rest assured; you will never be billed for extra shipping charges if we have to spilt your shipment. As soon as the custom made items are ready to ship, they will be sent to you and you will receive an email notification of the shipment. back to top
